Order Cancellation Policy

Scope of the policy
This policy applies to orders placed in France.
At Topaz Belle, we understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel an order, please review the following guidelines.
Order cancellation deadline
- Deadline: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After this time, orders will be in the process of being processed and cannot be cancelled.
- How to cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us at support@topazbelle.com with your order number and cancellation details. We will confirm if your cancellation has been processed successfully.
Cancellations after shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still be eligible for a return after receiving the item. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
- Refund Method: Refund will be made to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Articles non annulables
Certain products are not eligible for cancellation, including:
- Personalized or Custom Items: Orders for personalized products cannot be cancelled once placed.
Order modifications
- If you need to change your order (eg size, color), please contact us within the same 2 hours for cancellation.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes depend on the processing status of your order.
